[Talk] Nicholas Hawksmoor, Freemasonry and Esoteric Symbolism

I've been meaning to put up this paper for a while, and have finally gotten around to doing so today.  A few weeks ago I presented this paper at St George's Church Bloomsbury as part of the Open House Weekend that is held in London each year.  The paper seemed to get a nice enough reception, so I wanted to put it here as a further resource for brethren who are interested in Nicholas Hawksmoor and his connection to Freemasonry.

I just want to note that this paper had accompanying images which were projected onto a screen.  When you come across a bold word in the text it was an indication for me to pass onto the next image.  I haven't included the slide-show here for a few reasons - but mainly because it is quite a large file and is also in an Open Office format.  I hope that you will be happy to use your imagination in these instances, otherwise a search on Google Images for the highlighted terms will get you something to use that will suffice.

So, without further ado I present to you my paper on the famous British architect Nicholas Hawksmoor, which explores his connection to Freemasonry before moving onto an esoteric interpretation of St George's Bloomsbury in particular.
